How does fixed pricing work?

Our packages are pre-negotiated with partners to offer set rates regardless of booking dates within the specified season. This simplifies your planning and ensures no hidden costs.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the service start date for a full refund. Please review our full policy on the Terms & Conditions page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash payments at our office in Duhok, as well as ZainCash and FastPay transfers. We are working on adding card payments soon.
